Alot of changes and revamps that been going on with Hilal :3 It's ok, project wont be done in a couple years or so... since the story is still bouncing around,  settings are a little wacky , still designing architecture and characters, character development  and so on.

About her design, 
the dress and design is based off the islamic veiw of an angel or "malāk",
Her dress patterns inspired by the pakistani dress designs.
I added a bit of purple fade in on her hijab, with a white hijab under, which may look similar to a nun's veil. It is pinned with a red gem.
Her gloves may be too tight, in her timeline it doesn't matter. She's still covering skin.
